SCORE Chapter 22 is a 501 (C) 3 non profit organization. Cash and in-kind contributions may be eligible for deduction for federal tax purposes.

If you wish to make an in-kind contribution now, please contact the SCORE 22 main office. In-kind donations are items such as computers, software support, office equipment and supplies, etc.

While SCORE Chapter 22's volunteer counselors provides advice to small business entrepreneurs without charge, the provision of this advice does not come without a cost.

These costs, which are increasing each year, are covered by:

Approximately 2/3 of SCORE Chapter 22's budgeted expenses are underwritten by the contributions of individuals and corporations and from the revenues generated by workshops.

Approximately 1/3 of SCORE Chapter 22's budgeted expenses are underwritten by the Small Business Administration of the U.S. Government. Due to SBA budget constraints, the SBA's contribution has not changed materially over the past several years.
